Privacy policy

The controller of your personal data is Moravec & Partneři s.r.o., Company ID 06872697, with its registered office at Pod Karlovem 2322, 256 01 Benešov, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 290530 (“we”). We are a tied agent of Broker Trust, a.s.

For any matters concerning personal data protection, you can contact us in writing at our registered office or by email at pavlina.vyoralova@4fin.cz.

If you write to us via a contact form, we process the data you enter: your name, email, phone number and, where provided, your city, the chosen topic and the text of your message. If you contact us directly by email or phone, we process the information you give us.

We process the data so that we can answer your enquiry and agree with you on the next steps, for example an initial meeting. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you decide to use our services, the processing of personal data in connection with the provision of financial services is governed by separate information that you will receive when the contract is concluded.

We keep the data from the form for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry, for no more than 12 months after our last contact, unless we enter into a contractual relationship. After that we delete it.

Only our colleagues who handle your enquiry have access to the data. For the technical operation of the website and for delivering form messages by email, we use processors – our hosting provider and a form delivery service. These processors may use the data only for these purposes. Some of them may process data outside the European Union, and then only under the conditions laid down by the GDPR.

We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties for their own purposes.

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and does not track visitors. It only uses the technical means necessary for it to work.

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

• access your personal data,
• have inaccurate data corrected,
• have your data erased or its processing restricted,
• data portability,
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest,
• lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.cz).
